We offer two ways to get your gear to home plate:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your equipment fast
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for budget-conscious players
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind home plate. Our return policy is as straightforward as a fastball down the middle.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt models)
- Batter’s elbow and leg guards
- Catcher’s gear
- Clearance items (marked as such)
How to Return an Item

- Wait for approval – Our player-support team will respond within 24 hours
- Package your item securely in original packaging
- Ship it back to our Fremont warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
