Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your gear to home plate:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for when you need your equipment fast
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for budget-conscious players

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear like we stand behind home plate. Our return policy is as straightforward as a fastball down the middle.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt models)
  • Batter’s elbow and leg guards
  • Catcher’s gear
  • Clearance items (marked as such)

How to Return an Item

  3. Package your item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship it back to our Fremont warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
